Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom, made-to-order, or engraved pieces may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be communicated at checkout or via email.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Carrier selection depends on destination and service availability.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Yokai Jeweler is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

  • Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yokaijeweler@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos if applicable
    We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
